These Garden Teak Chess Pieces are simply stunning, every piece has been carefully crafted to make this beautifully presented chess set.

This prized original Teak is from Indonesia, which is among the finest and most highly regarded in the world. The wood is cured for 2 years, and then every piece is hand made by experienced craftsmen.

These pieces are the second smallest of the five Teak Chess Sets we sell, the King stands at 30cm tall. This is a popular set due to its size; it is suitable for indoor or outdoor use but it makes a particularly fantastic impact in a large room.

These Chess Pieces are especially favored by Children. The pieces are easily transportable as they are not large or heavy. Each Garden Teak Chess Piece has a flat rubber base for protection of the playing surface.

The Garden Teak Chess Pieces are not only beautiful; it is also strong and very durable. In fact teak is often regarded as the toughest wood on the planet! It is particularly resistant to the elements, decay, and insects due to its thick, oily nature.

• 2 Queens - 12.5cm (5”) wide, 27cm (11") tall, and around 0.5kgs in weight

• 4 Knights - 10cm (4.5”) wide, 22cm (8") tall, and around 0.6kgs in weight

When all 32 pieces are included this makes a total weight of around 12kg
