The Giant Teak Draughts Pieces are just fantastic; every piece has been wonderfully crafted to make a brilliantly sleek draughts set.

The Checkers are made from prized original Teak from Indonesia, which is among the finest and most highly regarded in the world. The wood is cured for 2 years, and then every piece is hand made by experienced craftsmen.

These are the second largest Teak Draughts Pieces we offer; the checkers in this set are 25cm (10”) in diameter. Each Giant Teak Draughts Piece has a grooved rubber base for added grip, and so as not to damage the board when moving a piece.

There are 24 Teak Checkers Pieces in a set; 12 of the pieces are light, and 12 of them are dark.

This draughts set is suitable for indoor or outdoor use, the pieces are quite large but they are very easily transportable. The pieces fit on top of each other nicely for ease of carrying and also for making kings during the game.

The Uber Teak Draughts Pieces are not only beautiful; it is also strong and very durable. In fact teak is regarded as the toughest wood on the planet! It is particularly resistant to the elements, decay, and insects due to its thick, oily nature.
