How long will delivery take?
UK mainland orders are usually delivered the next working day when ordered before 2pm.
Do you deliver Internationally ?
We deliver to Europe, enter your country and post code at the checkout page for an estimate of the delivery cost. If you live outside if Europe please contact us.
Do prices include VAT?
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate.
How can I update my contact details?
If you have registered with us you can up date your contact details by going to the My Account section of the website.
Can I change my order?
If you wish to amend a confirmed order you will need to contact our customer service team.

How can I order?
Placing an order with us is simple! You have the option to order online via our website, or phone us directly during office hours. We accept the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro and MasterCard.
When you have chosen the item(s) you would like to purchase, just click the “add to basket”. When you are ready to finalise your order, click the “checkout” link at the top of the web page and proceed to our simple and secure payment processing section.
Where do you deliver to and how much will it cost?
Our standard UK Delivery Charge is £6.00
Please note: the following UK postcodes will incur an extra delivery starting from £10.00 and the delivery time is slightly longer.
The postcodes affected are IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17- 26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25.
We deliver to the following countries in European Countries.
Europe Zone 1 Cost £15 + £15 per each extra 20kg
Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands,
Europe Zone 2 Cost £25 + £25 per each extra 20kg

Following the UK’s recent departure from the European Union customs and local import duties will apply and will need to be paid locally.

Orders placed by 2pm will be dispatched from our Warehouse the same working day.
Orders with UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands) destinations are delivered on a next working day service with Parcelforce – you will receive an email with tracking information and contact numbers once the item is shipped out.
Orders heading off shore or outside the UK are delivered through GLS, orders will take between 3 to 8 days depending on the location – you will receive an email with tracking information and contact numbers once the item is shipped out.
For your own security a signature is required on delivery. It is therefore recommended to give a business address for delivery.
Do I need to be in on the day of delivery?
All orders will need to be signed for. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse for delivery, you will receive an email that will contain tracking information.
If your order is being delivered by Parcel Force and you opted to enter your mobile phone number for delivery updates, you will receive;
- Day of delivery (SMS) advising that the parcel will be delivered that day, providing the option to reschedule to an alternative day or opt for neighbour or a Post-Office collection
- Pre-delivery notification (SMS) advising customers of their one hour delivery time window
If no-one is at home, the courier may attempt to leave parcels with a neighbour. If they do not leave the parcel, they will either deliver to a post office or return it to the depot. The courier will post a card through your door with further delivery instructions if they’re unable to complete delivery, or if they leave the parcel with a neighbour.
Rearranging a failed delivery must be done within one week of receiving a card through your door. Failure to do so will result in your order being returned to us. If this is the case we will contact you about the following two options:
- We can issue a refund minus a delivery and booking in fee.
- If you still wish to receive your items you will need to pay a redelivery cost.

Payment security and fraud reduction are our priority. We keep our customers’ data secure so you can rest easy when ordering with us.
Our payment system utilises Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology with 128-bit encryption, an extremely secure on -line payment system thus ensuring security and privacy for any information that you send to us.
Your credit card numbers are encrypted and securely transmitted to us and you will see the padlock or key icon denoting the security on the bottom of your taskbar when you submit your order details.
We use Opayo (formally SagePay) certificated SSL services to give you complete peace of mind when shopping with us.
PCI DSS are a set of standards to help protect businesses and shoppers from data theft and fraud. It is mandatory for all businesses who accept card payments to comply by getting a PCI certificate. This applies to all types of card payments: online, by mail, over the phone or using credit card terminals.
Opayo has the highest level (Level 1) of PCI DSS certification.
What is the best way to to protect my online payments ?
For greater peace of mind for our customers when ordering online and to speed up the progress of orders Uber Games may use the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode fraud prevention schemes (often referred to as “3D-Secure”).

What is your returns policy?
We guarantee the quality of our products and maintain the standards by inspecting all items prior to despatch.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and offer a replacement or refund policy valid for 30 days from delivery on any of our products.
Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
When returning a product please ensure you obtain proof of posting, as we accept no responsibility for items lost in the post.
Based on your preference, we will either replace the item free of charge for faulty products or provide a refund.

We are committed to securing your personal data. We do not share your data with other 3rd Parties unless the data is require to process your order such as our Secure Payment Gateway.
