(k) Fraud prevention organisations: Where permitted by law, if fraudulent activity is suspected relating to a customer’s account, ALOB Limited may be provided with information by credit reference, fraud, and crime prevention organisations.
2.3 ALOB Limited automatically collect personal data indirectly from our customers such as information about the pages looked at on the website or the device used to connect to the website with.
2.4 ALOB Limited may in future collect personal data about customers from Facebook via its Connect functionality: The received information includes login details and profile information such as a log-in token, user name and photo and other information from that service as permitted by customers and that particular service.
3. How Customer Data is used
3.1 ALOB Limited use personal data for the purposes specifically described below:
(a) Contact details: ALOB Limited will use contact details so that our Customer Service team can communicate directly with customers via phone, SMS messaging, or email. ALOB Limited will respond to queries, issues, problems detected about customer orders or concerns customers, or other users have. ALOB Limited may also use contact details to send information about similar products and services that we think may be of interest to our customers.
